Tony Gregory: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the number of prosecutions taken by his Department for the unlawful capture of hares; the locations at which the captures took place; the outcome of the prosecutions; if the purpose of the unlawful captures was established in each case; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
