Save calves from fiesta torture

This Saturday, August 25th, six calves will be tormented and tortured to death during a fiesta in Penalsordo, Extremadura, Spain. Four of the animals will be killed in a makeshift plaza and two will be released to be tormented in the streets.

Please take action to help stop the cruelty. Contact the mayor of the town now and implore him to save the calves.

Dear Sir, I am shocked and disgusted to learn that six calves will be tortured to death in a Penalsordo fiesta this weekend. This disgusting cruelty to animals is unacceptable in the 21st Century. It brings shame on your town and marks it out internationally as a cruelty blackspot. Until this animal abuse is permanently ended, I will not be visiting Penalsordo as a tourist.
