Candle light vigil for Irish animals
December 2004 The Animal Rights Action Network is organising a candle light vigil outside Dail Eireann this Friday, December 10th between 6pm and 7.30pm. Coinciding with International Day for Animal Rights, the vigil is aiming to "shine hope on the nationwide struggle to end animal cruelty and to pressure the government into adopting laws that will forbid many areas of animal abuse nationwide". ARAN is inviting anyone who cares about animals to come along and join the vigil on Dublin's Kildare Street where candles will be distributed.
