Dear members of the Catalan Parliament: In April 2004, the Barcelona City Council declared itself to be anti-bullfighting. Now it's time to pass a law to make this barbaric blood sport illegal in Barcelona and all over the Spanish state of Catalonia. We, the undersigned, ask you to urgently enact legislation to make it an offence to carry out bullfighting in Catalonia. Thank you.
